Sr. Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee conceptual development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

Lead conceptual, schematic, and detailed design development.

Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.

Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.

Project Management

Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants.

Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity.

Support cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering exercises.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Address design-related queries during construction phases.

Liaise with government authorities for approvals and permits.

Leadership & Mentorship

Lead and mentor junior architects and design teams.

Establish design standards and best practices within the organization.

Review and approve design work prepared by team members.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.

Licensed/Registered Architect (as per local regulations).

07–08+ years of experience in architectural design and construction projects.

Proven experience handling commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use projects.

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, and MS Office.

Strong project management and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
