Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: 6
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect who can independently handle architectural projects from concept to execution. The candidate should have strong design abilities, site coordination experience, and a practical understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings.
• Prepare layout plans, working drawings, and 3D concepts.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and supervise project progress.
• Work closely with structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
• Review and approve materials and finishing details.
• Maintain proper documentation and project reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar design software.
• Strong design sense and practical site experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and approvals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
