Sr. Architect cum Coordinator

Job description

Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure project progress and alignment with client goals

Attending meeting with Consultant Architect, Clients, MEP consultants, Vendors, Contractors and project team

Prepare agenda of meeting and make MOM as per requirement

Time to time site visit to track progress and to ensure work happening as per the drawing

Arrange samples to assist MD in finalization of material with the architect

Ensure drawings are properly checked and uploaded in Gdrive

Assisting team in finalizing contracts with civil area conclusion and estimates

Requirement

Must be a B'Arch from reputed university

Must have min 5 years of work experience with Delhi based architectural for builder firm into luxury apartments

Must be familiar with Delhi by laws

Must possess good communication skills to deal with high end clients

Excellent in coordination and team person

Should be able to join in 15-20 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
