Job Title: Senior Architect Experience: 7-12 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

· Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-
quality design, adherence to timelines, and budget control.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and project
managers to develop innovative and feasible architectural solutions.
· Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior architects, fostering their growth and
development within the company.
· Oversee and participate in the preparation of design concepts, drawings, and construction
documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and objectives, and
translate them into well-defined design proposals.
· Conduct thorough site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather crucial information for
project planning and execution.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies, integrating sustainable
practices into architectural designs whenever possible.
As a Senior Architect, leadership is at the core of your role. You will be responsible for
guiding and inspiring a team of professionals, driving the successful completion of projects,
and ensuring the overall growth of the architectural department. Your leadership skills will

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
· 8-12 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management.
· Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering architectural projects.
· Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
