Senior Associate - Internal Communications

As a member of our internal communications team, you will play a critical role in telling the story of who we are and what we do at Riveron. You are an operationally focused professional with mastery of core technologies to produce and manage communications at scale. Your expert writing and ability to communicate with a large and diverse audience will ensure Riveron employees have the information they need to feel connected to our business during an exciting period of growth. You’ll bring your expertise in developing thoughtful communications strategies that engage and inspire our people.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in developing and driving employee engagement and communications, preferably in a global professional services or agency environment
  • Strong operational and project management skills to ensure consistent throughput, detailed measurement on myriad deliverables, and document management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications abilities, including experience in writing and tailoring content for different audiences
  • An exceptional listener and collaborator with notable executive presence and the ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leaders
  • Adept at creating communications products across many channels including intranet, video, newsletters, PowerPoint, emails, and virtual events
  • Strong understanding of internal and corporate communications best practices with demonstrable expertise in business writing
  • Mastery of the technology and tools required to execute communications at scale including ChatGPT Enterprise, Staffbase (Bananatag), SharePoint, Workday/Peakon, Asana, Excel, and Outlook is required

What You'll Do:

  • Operationalize repeatable communications deliverables and programs to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and improvement through data analysis
  • Support the development and execution of integrated internal communications plans in alignment with enterprise priorities and objectives
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal functional partners and serve as strategic communications advisor
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging employee-facing content including firmwide announcements, weekly/quarterly newsletters, system and process rollouts, town hall meeting decks, and segment/market leader communications programs
  • Maintain and execute firmwide intranet content management across multiple stakeholders and business functions, as well as third-party vendor
  • Play an active role in quarterly employee engagement survey process, including tactical survey deployment, assessing results, data analysis, and action plans
  • Support content creation and strategy for quarterly Town Hall meetings
  • Serve as content liaison and support for local market and business segment communications
  • Develop a strong understanding of our people and locations in the US, Canada, and India and their communications needs
