JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Senior AV Engineer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Cabling and terminations

· Install various audio-visual equipment such as telephone systems, projectors and the various LCD and plasma TVs at the site.

· Install equipment such as power amplifier, switchers, mixers, audio conferencing and video conferencing units

· Equipment configuration such as wireless &wired microphones, Manual Mixers.

· Ability to accurately read schematic diagrams

· Understanding the AV concepts and drawings; these will include floor and ceiling layouts, equipment layouts, and power requirements, based on the BOQ and site conditions.

· Maintain a record of the projects and the tasks lists for every day.

· Good general knowledge of AV signal flow

· Vendor Coordination and management

· Providing technical support for subordinates

· Coordination with clients, consultants, architect & other agencies.

· Responsible to finish the work as per schedules

· Testing & commissioning of installed AV equipment’s

· Maintain installation standards

· Test and resolve equipment issues

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems

· Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and longevity of AV systems

· Coordinate with other technical staff, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and operation of AV systems

· Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure that AV systems meet current and future needs

· Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience or Diploma in electrical engineering.

· At least 3-5 years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining AV systems

· Strong knowledge of AV system installation, and configuration

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions

· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

· Ability to work independently and prioritize workload

• Ability to manage long-term audio-visual projects involving multiple sites, technologies, and vendors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,032.22 - ₹40,000.00 per month
