Sr Ayurveda Doctor (Female)

Job Summary

Ayurvedagram is looking for a Senior Female Ayurvedic Doctor with extensive clinical experience, strong knowledge in Panchakarma therapies, and expertise in pregnancy care and women’s wellness. The candidate should be compassionate, patient-focused, and capable of building long-term relationships with guests. She should also actively contribute to patient acquisition and brand development through professional engagement and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth Ayurvedic consultations, diagnosis, and personalized treatment planning.
• Oversee and guide all Panchakarma therapies ensuring authenticity, precision, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide specialized Ayurvedic care for pregnancy, postnatal, and women’s health programs.
• Supervise and train junior doctors and therapists in Panchakarma and treatment protocols.
• Maintain detailed case records, monitor progress, and ensure high clinical standards.
• Work closely with the operations, pharmacy, and therapist teams to ensure smooth treatment flow.
• Engage with guests professionally, building trust and encouraging repeat visits.
• Support management in guest acquisition through referrals, networking, and participation in wellness events.
• Contribute to medical content creation (articles, talks, digital sessions) for Ayurvedagram’s outreach programs.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, documentation, and Ayurvedic principles in all treatment processes.

Requirements

• BAMS / MD (Ayurveda) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5–10 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic practice, including hands-on Panchakarma supervision.
• Proven expertise in Panchakarma, women’s wellness, and pregnancy care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to attract and retain guests through high-quality care and service.
• Prior experience in Ayurvedic hospitals, wellness centres, or retreats preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
