Sr. Barista

We're Hiring: Senior Barista (Local Candidates Only)

Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? Do you have the skills to craft the perfect cup and lead by example? We're looking for a talented Senior Barista to join our team!

Availability: Immediate start preferred

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of barista experience in a fast-paced café or specialty coffee environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and equipment maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff
• Must be locally available and ready for in-person interviews

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction
• Support inventory management and ordering
• Uphold health and safety standards
