Job Description
We’re looking for a versatile and strategic Sr. Brand Designer with strong graphic design expertise to join our Global Marketing Team. You bring bold ideas, exceptional craft, and a sharp cultural pulse to the table—blending big-picture creative concepting with refined hands-on execution. This role is pivotal in shaping Pizza Hut’s global brand presence, ensuring our creative output is not only beautiful but strategically aligned and forward-thinking.
Reporting to the Global Brand Creative Director, you’ll lead and contribute to integrated campaigns, brand platforms, social and digital storytelling, activations, in-store experiences, and more. You’ll also play a key role in developing creative processes and mentoring others, making a lasting impact on how the brand is expressed worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

Concept and execute innovative, culturally relevant creative across digital, social, print, TV, in-store, and experiential channels.

Develop and evolve brand identities, campaign platforms, and visual systems with cross-functional teams.

Turn complex brand challenges into actionable, effective creative solutions and work plans.

Lead or support major creative projects, guiding teams toward shared goals.

Solve complex design problems where precedent may not exist, with strong creative judgment.

Improve creative processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and quality.

Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

Operate independently with minimal oversight; deliver high-quality work aligned to objectives.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of growth and excellence.

Collaborate with internal partners to ensure creative alignment across disciplines.

Represent the creative team on strategic projects and with external partners.

Stay current with culture, design trends, and emerging creative tech.
Required Qualifications:

Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related field, or equivalent experience.

6+ years in design, art direction, or integrated creative roles (agency or brand).

Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand systems, and storytelling.

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of After Effects, Keynote, PowerPoint.

Excellent typography, layout, and visual design across multiple formats.

Proven experience leading projects and managing vendors and production.

Experience working on set for photo shoots, commercials, videos, and post-production.

Strong independent and collaborative work skills with sound creative judgment.

Salary Range: $96,700 to $102,420 annually + bonus eligibility.
This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
