Sr. Brand Manager

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to successfully establish and grow our

brands in the Indian market.

  • Lead brand positioning, brand identity, and long-term brand development

tailored to the Indian consumer landscape.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate market potential, consumer

trends, and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with distributors, partners, and internal teams to ensure

consistent brand representation across all channels.

  • Plan and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer

engagement, and market penetration.

  • Drive the development of communication strategies, including PR, digital

campaigns, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate product launches, brand campaigns, and go-to-market plans in

alignment with global brand guidelines.

  • Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and propose strategies for continuous

improvement and brand growth.

  • Work with the parent company to align on global brand strategy while

adapting it to the Indian market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
