Position Overview:

As a Sr Business Analyst, you'll provide essential support by completing payroll, client billing and timely payment of A/R.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Quickbooks Online for A/P and accounting cycle

• Use recently developed AI tools to review and process invoices and timesheets

• Communicate with clients or therapist

• Complete Payroll, Medicaid Billing and timely payment of A/R

• Review authorizations and discrepancies with schedule

• Escalate conflicts, grievances, incidents to the Business Director

• Cross-train across various departments of our growing organization

• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas of improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred 3 YOE in payroll, A/P or business analyst

• QuickBooks Online: 2 years (Required)

• Strong computer/technical skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with team and upper management

• Position is working in our office near IAH airport

• Prefer Spanish speaking

Education: Business Bachelor's (Required)

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
