Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales for our marketing and PR services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic outreach capabilities, and an understanding of how to engage high-profile clients, such as CEOs and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Prospecting and Outreach:

  • Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential clients and track interactions through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Conduct outreach to initiate conversations and present company offerings.

2. Sales and Relationship Building:

  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs during discovery calls.
  • Nurture client relationships post-discovery calls to keep them engaged and interested.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring mutual value and satisfaction.

3. Client Onboarding and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the success team to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handovers.

4. Market Research and Strategy:

  • Conduct research on new markets and revenue opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Analyze industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

5. Sales Tools and Communication:

  • Leverage CRM tools and sales platforms for effective lead management.
  • Communicate effectively with high-profile clients, adapting language and approach to resonate with senior executives such as CEOs.

6. PR and Media Sales Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of PR and media sales processes within a marketing agency environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

● 1-3 years of experience in business development, PR/media sales, or a related field.

● Strong understanding of marketing agency dynamics and client expectations.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems.

● Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.

● Proven track record in building relationships with high-level executives and decision-makers.

● Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
