The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in 3PL contract logistics.

The role focuses on acquiring FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and industrial clients requiring warehousing, distribution, and value-added logistics services.

*Prior experience in UAE region is a must.

  • Strong understanding of 3PL operations: warehousing, distribution, transportation, and value-added services.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them to revenue.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer supply chain pain points and develop relevant solutions.
  • Strong networking abilities within FMCG, retail, and logistics sectors.
  • Good knowledge of UAE market, customs rules, and regulatory logistics frameworks (preferred).
  • CRM proficiency

Qualification and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in 3PL sales / contract logistics / value added services
  • Prior experience selling logistics solutions to FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sectors is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license required.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
