The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in 3PL contract logistics.
The role focuses on acquiring FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and industrial clients requiring warehousing, distribution, and value-added logistics services.
*Prior experience in UAE region is a must.
- Strong understanding of 3PL operations: warehousing, distribution, transportation, and value-added services.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them to revenue.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer supply chain pain points and develop relevant solutions.
- Strong networking abilities within FMCG, retail, and logistics sectors.
- Good knowledge of UAE market, customs rules, and regulatory logistics frameworks (preferred).
- CRM proficiency
Qualification and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in 3PL sales / contract logistics / value added services
- Prior experience selling logistics solutions to FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sectors is an advantage.
- UAE driving license required.
