Sr. Case Manager

Encino personal injury law firm, is looking for experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team.

You must have prior personal injury case management experience.

JOB DUTIES:

The Case Manager will be the primary source of contact for clients, while helping and guiding the client through the personal injury claims process.

You will be required to have the following:

Continued constant contact with client and medical providers.

Fully investigate, gather, and analyze case information.

Ability to resolve liability and confirm insurance coverage

Handle all aspects of property damage, including but not limited to rental reimbursement, loss of use, total losses, etc.

Setting up and confirming client medical appointments

Requesting medical records, reports, notes, and bills.

Organize and maintain case files, as well as prepare files for demands.

Must be kind, compassionate, and empathetic.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Very organized with the ability to prioritize

Good follow-up skills

Strong communication skills

Excellent customer service skills (2year minimum)

Detail oriented and meticulous

Team Player Mentality

Must be bilingual in Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
