Sr. Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team for Road Project . This pivotal role involves planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of road and highway projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of urban planning, structural analysis, and construction methods. They will also have excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of the environmental impacts related to road construction. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of the project from conception through to completion.
Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess the project's scope.
• Develop detailed blueprints and construction plans for road infrastructural projects.
• Supervise the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including contractors, government officials, and clients.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and data to plan projects effectively.
• Ensure materials and equipment on the job site meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, budgets, and timelines for management review.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services.
• Ensure all engineering designs, plans, and blueprints comply with necessary regulations.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to enhance project delivery.
• Oversee and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Promote the integration of sustainable practices within project plans and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering roles, focusing on road projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or in process of obtaining.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to solve complex engineering problems.
• Skilled in managing project budgets, schedules, and related financial responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
