Position Title: Senior Civil Engineer – Land Acquisition & Projects

Office location: Chembur, Mumbai (near Mankhurd, Govandi) Sites: Panvel / Uran region

Experience: 7+ years

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee physical site development and construction activities related to our warehousing and logistics projects. The role involves managing day-to-day site execution, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely completion of infrastructure works at land parcels under development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise site development activities (grading, boundary wall, road, drainage, leveling, etc.).
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, estimates, and contractor bills.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and municipal norms.
• Support land acquisition and project teams in technical due diligence and site feasibility.
• Liaise with authorities (MIDC, local panchayat, municipal offices) as needed for approvals.
• Manage multiple sites independently with minimal supervision from top

Requirements:

• B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in industrial / warehouse / real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, cost control, and site execution.
• Ability to independently handle vendors and contractors.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Must be based in or willing to travel around Panvel–Uran–Belapur
