We’re seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Laboratory Scientist for a day shift opportunity in Fort Bragg, California. This role is ideal for a seasoned CLS with strong leadership skills and advanced laboratory expertise.

Assignment Details

• Location: Fort Bragg, CA

• Shift: Day Shift

• Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts (consecutive days)

• Start Time: 9:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory testing across multiple departments

• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards

• Troubleshoot instruments and resolve technical issues

• Support workflow efficiency and assist with staff oversight (if Lead/Sr. level)

• Maintain accurate documentation within EMR/LIS systems

• Collaborate with providers to ensure timely and accurate results

Requirements

• Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License

• Minimum 5 years laboratory experience preferred

• Senior or Lead CLS experience preferred

• Experience with Cerner and/or EPIC preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
