About the Role:

We are seeking a Sr. CMS Developer with 3+ years of proven experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in custom WordPress development, plugin/theme customization, performance optimization, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Ensure responsive, cross-browser compatible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Customize and extend existing themes and plugins based on project needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the design/SEO/content teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain code quality, security, and best practices for WordPress development.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a CMS Developer.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.) and custom coding beyond them.
• Proven expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, membership systems, and eCommerce websites.
• Strong understanding of SEO-friendly development and performance optimization.
• Experience with version control (Git), staging environments, and deployment workflows.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL.
• Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of Shopify, Webflow, or Magento is a plus.
• Experience with server management (cPanel, WHM, VPS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
