Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CMS Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining CMS-based websites. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing short timelines, and delivering high-quality results without compromising performance or scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain CMS-based websites (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar platforms).
• Convert design files (Figma, XD, PSD) into fully functional, responsive websites.
• Handle tight deadlines and deliver tasks efficiently in high-priority situations.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO structure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CMS, plugin, theme, and compatibility issues.
• Collaborate closely with SEO, Design, and Content teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Perform regular website updates, security checks, and backups.
• Follow best coding practices and maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a CMS Developer.
• Strong expertise in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, page builders).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP.
• Experience working with custom post types, ACF, WooCommerce, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with website speed optimization and basic technical SEO.
• Familiarity with Git/version control is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Knowledge of Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Exposure to API integrations and headless CMS concepts.
