Job Vacancy – Sr. Construction Manager

Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C. is looking for a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our major projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead project teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve technical drawings, contracts, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Resolve site issues and implement risk management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in the UAE, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and UAE building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
