Job Title: Senior Consultant – Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

Location: Technovalley Headquarters, Kochi (Onsite)

Reports To: Chief Program Manager / Head of Technology Stacks

About the Role

Technovalley is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Consultant in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML programs and consulting projects. The role involves mentoring learners, developing real-world AI solutions, and supporting Technovalley’s global initiatives in AI research, applications, and education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Consulting Delivery

• Deliver advanced training sessions on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and related technologies.
• Design comprehensive course modules, projects, and assessments aligned with global AI certification standards.
• Guide and mentor learners, professionals, and project teams in solving real-world AI and ML problems.
• Evaluate project performance and assist in placement-readiness assessments.

2. Solution Development & Innovation

• Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models for live consulting projects.
• Work on model optimization, data engineering, and intelligent automation projects.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to explore emerging areas like LLMs, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Publish white papers and research contributions as part of Technovalley’s innovation initiatives.

3. Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead a team of AI/ML trainers and data scientists, ensuring technical excellence and curriculum relevance.
• Participate in academic partnerships, technology summits, and global conferences.
• Drive innovation in training and research delivery at par with global AI education leaders.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong command of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• In-depth understanding of Neural Networks, CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers, and LLM architectures.
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and AI model deployment (MLOps, Docker, FastAPI).
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or related fields.
• Prior teaching or consulting experience in AI/ML preferred.
• Experience as a faculty in reputed institutions will be an added advantage.
• Recognized certifications such as TensorFlow Developer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Microsoft AI Engineer Associate, or IBM AI Professional are desirable.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
