Sr Consultant Doctor

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Ayurvedic Doctor who is ready to relocate to Karwar (Karnataka) to take charge of setting up and leading our upcoming Centre. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, sound business acumen, and an in-depth understanding of authentic Ayurveda practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup & Operations: Oversee the end-to-end setup and operational readiness of the Ayurvedic Centre.
• P&L Management: Take full responsibility for the Profit & Loss performance of the centre; ensure cost efficiency and revenue growth.
• Guest Relations: Build a strong guest base through exceptional service, patient care, and wellness outcomes.
• Franchise Liaison: Maintain effective communication and coordination with the franchise management team to ensure alignment with brand and operational standards.
• Team Leadership: Build, guide, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of doctors, therapists, and support staff.
• Therapist Management: Supervise, train, and hire skilled therapists to maintain service quality.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges and implement effective, timely solutions.
• Critical Thinking: Make data-driven decisions to enhance performance, guest satisfaction, and overall efficiency.
• Team Building: Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• BAMS / MD in Ayurveda from a recognized university.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Ayurveda practice and wellness management.
• Proven track record in clinic/hospital setup and P&L management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in team building, training, and operations management.
• Willingness to relocate and stay onsite at Karwar.
