Sr Consultant Doctor - Male

Ayurvedagram Heritage and Wellness Centre Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Ayurvedic Doctor to lead and manage wellness operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in classical Ayurvedic practice along with proven expertise in operations, guest relations, and clinical team leadership within a wellness or healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Development

• Build and maintain a strong guest base through high-quality Ayurvedic consultations and personalized wellness programs.

Therapist Management

• Supervise, train, mentor, and guide the team of therapists to ensure delivery of authentic Ayurvedic therapies and consistent service quality.

Operations Leadership

• Manage day-to-day wellness centre operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical, administrative, and support teams.

Client Satisfaction

• Ensure high standards of guest care, consultation excellence, treatment effectiveness, and overall guest experience in alignment with Ayurvedagram values.

Training & Mentorship

• Train, guide, and mentor junior Ayurvedic doctors to enhance clinical skills, consultation quality, and adherence to Ayurvedic protocols.

Team Building

• Foster a positive work culture, encourage teamwork, and support continuous professional development of doctors, therapists, and staff.

Requirements

Qualification

• BAMS / MD (Ayurveda) from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Ayurvedic clinical practice with exposure to wellness centre or hospital operations and team leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
