Duties & Responsibilities:
- Should have knowledge about Cash & Liquidity Management
- Forex & Treasury functions, Risk Management, Money Market and Loans, Fixed Deposits & Interest Swaps.
- Should know standard accounting functionalities — Cash & Bank, Ledgers, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss statements/schedules.
- Should have knowledge of IND AS.
- Should have worked in at least one of the following: Foreign Funding – Loans, FD & Interest Swaps, Cash and Liquidity Management in an end-to-end implementation.
- Should be able to explain the process and solution to the client.
- Should have done design and integration of the Treasury Module with financial dashboards of the organization.
- Should be able to carry out implementation activities viz. process mapping, gap analysis, documentation, basic configurations, testing, training, data upload, and post–go-live support.
- Do “To-Be Process” mapping, gap analysis, KDS finalization, custom development object identification/RICEF list.
- Finalize requirements for each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specifications to the technical team to carry out development.
- Carry out functional configurations, prepare test scripts, do unit testing and development testing.
- Identify integration scenarios, prepare integration test scripts, and perform integration testing.
- Plan and provide training to core team and users.
- Manage master data and cutover data migration/upload.
- Provide post–go-live support for issues faced by users.
Minimum Qualification: B.Com/CA/ICWA
Preferred age group: 28 yrs to 35 yrs
Location: Ready to work in any location in India & abroad
Essential Requirement:
- SAP Experience: 6 to 9 years
- E2E Implementation Projects: At least 1 E2E implementation project handled independently
- Other Software: MS Excel, MS Word
Desirable Requirement:
- Degree: Post Graduate/MBA in Finance
- Certifications: SAP certification
- Domain Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Industry Experience: Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure industry/Government/PSU
- GST Implementation Project(s): 1
- HANA Migration Project(s): 1
Technical Competencies:
- Experience in E2E onsite implementation projects
- Ability to define organizational structure suiting business reporting and control requirements
- Ability to perform process mapping, gap analysis, RICEF identification, and KDS finalization
- Ability to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, testing, and deliver designed processes
- Ability to plan and handle data migration
- Ability to provide training and post–go-live support
