ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication.
  • Updating existing content to make it more useful for customers
  • Assisting the SEO Manager in improving rankings and onsite engagement through developing content with SEO in mind.
  • Maintain content calendar and ensure timely execution of the deliverables. · Developing and publishing new website pages, liaising with stakeholders in Commercial, Operations & Marketing teams.
  • Writing SEO optimized blogs.
  • Proofreading and peer-reviewing work.
  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies). Writing Press releases.
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone). · Identify needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
  • Writing SEO optimized blogs and other content.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors (preferably Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 years+ work experience as a Content Writer
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Familiarity with web publications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Ability to meet deadlines
