We are seeking a Senior Content Writer who is creative, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with U.S. culture and tone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting 100% human-written, engaging content that connects with audiences, drives engagement, and ranks organically across digital platforms.

Role Overview

The Senior Content Writer will create engaging, persuasive, and user friendly content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, and advertisements.

This position demands a writer who can think creatively, conduct research, and produce authentic, human-written content that resonates with U.S. audiences — no AI-generated or templated writing. You will play a key role in shaping the brand voice for Junk & Demolition Pros and other clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread original, high-quality, user-friendly content for websites, blogs, ads, and social media.
  • Develop authentic, human-written content that reflects a deep understanding of U.S. culture, tone, and expressions.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to craft relevant and authoritative content.
  • Create marketing copy for ads, email campaigns, and social posts that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and design team, and SEO team to align written content with brand visuals and strategy.
  • Optimize content using guidelines mentioned by the SEO team.
  • Review and refine existing content to improve readability, consistency, and search performance.
  • Manage multiple content projects independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably for U.S.-based audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to create 100% human-written, user-friendly content (strictly no AI-generated writing).
  • Strong understanding of U.S. language nuances, cultural tone, and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English with flawless grammar and storytelling skills.
  • Experience writing SEO-driven and conversion-focused web content.
  • Proficiency with content tools such as Grammarly.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail, research, and brand consistency.
  • Experience in the home services or marketing industry is a plus.

Selection Criteria

  • Must include a working, clickable portfolio link (no QR codes, no broken links).
  • Writing in CV and samples must show flawless U.S. English — zero grammar mistakes.
  • Content must feel 100% human-written with natural flow, emotion, and personality.
  • Must demonstrate strong understanding of U.S. tone, culture, idioms, and context.
  • CV and samples must show ability to write for different tones, industries, and formats (blogs, landing pages, ads, emails, etc.).
  • Writing must be clear, concise, structured, and engaging — no fluff or AI patterns.
  • Must show storytelling ability, creativity, and consumer-focused messaging.
  • Experience writing for U.S.-based companies is required; minimum 3 years proven work.
  • CV should reflect professionalism, attention to detail, and proper formatting.
  • Communication should be polished — no typos, awkward phrasing, or unclear writing.
  • Must show ability to follow instructions exactly (any missed detail is a red flag).

Pay: Up to Rs170,000.00 per month
