We’re looking for a Senior Controls Engineer – Integration Specialist who thrives on solving complex challenges and pushing the boundaries of industrial automation. If you’re passionate about designing and integrating advanced control systems that power cutting-edge manufacturing, this is your opportunity to lead.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Process: Drive automation projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Design & Innovate: Architect PLC, HMI/SCADA, motion, robotics, and safety systems.
  • Integrate Seamlessly: Connect new equipment with existing infrastructure for flawless performance.
  • Code Like a Pro: Develop and optimize PLC/HMI programs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Lenze, etc.).
  • Lead on Site: Commission systems, troubleshoot, and validate installations.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work with mechanical, electrical, IT, and process engineering teams.
  • Mentor & Guide: Share your expertise with junior engineers.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead root-cause analysis and implement best practices.

What Sets You Apart

  • Deep knowledge of UL508A, CE, CSA standards.
  • Expertise in MES/SCADA integration and Industry 4.0 solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with high-speed packaging, automotive, food & beverage, or pharma.
  • Proficiency in C++, C#, Structured Text, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Ability to create functional specs, I/O lists, and FMEA documentation.

Qualifications

  • BS in Electrical/Controls/Mechanical/Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
