Sr. Copywriter (Marketing Agency experienced)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Copywriter to join our team and lead the development of compelling, high-impact content across multiple channels. As a Senior Copywriter, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's voice, crafting engaging messaging, and delivering persuasive copy that drives results. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality copy for a wide range of mediums including websites, emails, digital ads, social media, video scripts, product descriptions, and print collateral.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketing strategists, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated campaigns and brand messaging.
• Lead and mentor junior copywriters, providing feedback and direction to maintain tone, quality, and consistency.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to specific audiences.
• Contribute to and uphold brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across all channels.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and pitch creative concepts.
• Stay current on industry trends, consumer behavior, and content marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in an agency or in-house marketing team.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different formats and channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
