ONLINELR is a digital platform designed for Transporters, Drivers, and Transport Companies to manage LR, Bilty, E-Way Bill, GST search, and daily transport operations smoothly. We help logistics businesses digitize and simplify their work.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive who can handle customer queries, provide app support, solve operational issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The candidate should understand transport business processes and be confident in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and support queries
• Guide customers on app usage and features
• Resolve issues related to LR, Bilty, E-Way Bill, GST search, and reports
• Coordinate with the technical team for bug fixing
• Follow up with customers until the issue is resolved
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Support onboarding of new customers
• Assist junior support team members
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (basic English preferred)
• Knowledge of transport and logistics operations
• Basic understanding of GST and E-Way Bill system
• Comfortable using mobile apps and software
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to handle multiple customers
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream
• Experience in transport company, logistics software, or SaaS support
