Location: Infopark, Kochi

Experience: 2-3 years in BPO/ Customer support voice process

Qualification: Degree mandatory

Requirements:

• Excellent fluency in English
• 2-3 years in BPO/ Customer support voice process
• Flexible to working under rotational shift

Responsibilities:

• Address customer queries promptly and accurately through phone.
• Understand customer needs and assisting them
• Ability to work independently as well as part of team
