About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing data pipelines, improving data platforms, and making sure the right data is available for business needs. You should be comfortable working with modern data tools, cloud platforms, and be focused on performance and reliability.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for different types of data.

Build and improve data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting platforms.

Work closely with analysts, data scientists, and business teams to provide the data they need.

Put proper checks in place for data quality and monitoring.

Fine-tune queries and pipelines for better speed and cost efficiency.

Handle both batch and real-time data (Kafka, Spark, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer.

Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.

Solid experience with SQL (query optimization and performance tuning).

Hands-on experience with tools like Airflow, ADF, Dbt, databricks

Knowledge of dbt (Data Build Tool) and Fabric is a plus.

Good understanding of data warehousing ( OLAP, Star Schema, etc.).

Exposure to big data technologies (Spark,pyspark Hadoop, Databricks).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
