Sr. Data Modeler/Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snr BA/ PM Hybrid to lead the implementation, adoption, and operationalization of the Erwin Data Modelling platform across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding business and technical requirements, designing and rolling out the operating model, conducting training, and ensuring smooth onboarding of users onto the platform.

Required Qualifications:·

12+ years of experience within technology application implementation·

Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and operationalizing technology products across large organizations.·

Experience building operating models, onboarding processes, and conducting training.· Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with both technical and non-technical audiences.·

Familiarity with metadata management, data governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.

Preferred Qualification:·

Strong understanding of data modelling concepts (ER, dimensional, canonical models).· Prior experience migrating models from other tools (e.g., Visual Paradigm, Power Designer) to Erwin.·

Knowledge of integration with other data management tools (e.g., data dictionaries, data quality tools).
