Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and statistical models that drive key business initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions, uncover insights, and support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Proficiency in Python, R*, and ML frameworks* (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).

Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and predictive modeling.

Experience working with large datasets and deploying models to production.

Excellent communication and visualization skills.

Requirements

Develop and deploy ML models and statistical algorithms for business-critical use cases.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define and execute data projects.
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
Present insights through dashboards, visualizations, and clear communication to stakeholders.
Monitor and validate model performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry best practices in AI, ML, and data engineering.
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
