Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales, pricing, and customer behavior across marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, etc.) and company-owned store.
Data Analysts: Examine historical data to provide actionable insights and identify trends in sales, customer behavior, and operations.
Data Scientists: Develop statistical and machine learning models to forecast demand, optimize pricing, manage inventory, and predict customer lifetime value.
Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates, reduce returns, and improve overall profitability.
Perform market basket analysis, customer segmentation, and lifetime value prediction.
Create dashboards and automated reporting for real-time business monitoring.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to deliver data-backed strategies.
Apply machine learning techniques to optimize recommendation engines, promotions, and customer engagement.
Monitor competitor data, marketplace trends, and consumer patterns to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysts: Examine historical sales, inventory, and customer data to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and support merchandising and marketing decisions.
- Data Scientists: Develop statistical and machine learning models to forecast demand, optimize pricing, manage inventory, and predict customer lifetime value.
- Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates, reduce returns, optimize stock levels, and improve overall profitability.
- Perform product bundle and market basket analysis, customer segmentation, and lifetime value prediction.
- Create dashboards and automated reporting for real-time monitoring of sales, inventory, and marketing performance.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and product teams to deliver data-backed strategies.
- Apply machine learning techniques to optimize product recommendations, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Monitor competitor data, fashion trends, and consumer buying patterns to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (4 to 7 years) as a Data Scientist / Data Analyst, preferably in garments, fashion retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Python/R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch preferred).
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplace analytics (Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate data into merchandising and sales recommendations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
