Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Data Scientist (Team Lead) based in Gandhinagar. The individual will lead data science initiatives, design analytical models, and optimize processes using advanced methods. Core responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, generating insights through data visualization, and collaborating across teams to solve business problems. The role also involves mentoring team members and contributing to the development of scalable data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Science techniques and methodologies
• Strong foundation in Statistics and Data Analytics
• Experience in Data Analysis and Data Visualization
• Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor peers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Industrial IoT is advantageous
• Able to Lead the team

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, and ML/DL model development.
• Experience with Time-Series Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, and Predictive Modeling.
• Strong understanding of data historians (PI server) and industrial automation.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment techniques, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Advanced data visualization expertise with Tableau, ArcGIS, QGIS, Power BI, Plotly, and Dash.
