Sr. Data Team Lead

Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Data Team Lead to support an award winning company. This position will be remote in EST. The Sr. Data Team Lead will manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Data Team Lead include:

• Provide leadership and senior support to DTLs on multiple large global studies/programs of global studies.
• Meet with Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) and/or Data Operations team members on a regular basis to ensure milestones meet timelines and quality deliverables.
• Independently bring process improvements and solutions to the CDM team/CDM department.
• Create and/or review and sign-off on all data management plan (DMP) documents.

Qualifications for the Sr. Data Team Lead include:

• Experience serving as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Experience managing multiple large global studies or program of global studies.
• Experience leading direct negotiations with customer, e.g., timelines, financial, process, resources.
• Experience providing training and development on data management expertise to junior team members.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant DM experience.
• At least 7 years of experience as an Independent Lead.

Compensation for the Sr. Data Team Lead include:

• Salary Range: $130,000-150,000
