Sr. Designer - Aluminum/Facade Industry

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer specializing in aluminum and façade systems to lead design development, detailing, and coordination for high-quality façade projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review façade design drawings, shop drawings, and details
• Design aluminum façade systems including curtain walls, windows, doors, louvers, and cladding
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements
• Support value engineering and design optimization
• Review material submittals and fabrication drawings
• Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in aluminum / façade design
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, profiles, glass, hardware, and sealants
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit or SolidWorks is an advantage)
• Experience with international standards (ASTM, BS, EN, or equivalent)
• Good understanding of fabrication and installation processes
