Job Title: Senior Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js, React, AWS, and Elasticsearch, and will be capable of leading a team and driving projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using Node.js, React, and AWS.
Architect and implement robust, high-performance solutions with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
Manage and optimize Elasticsearch clusters for search and analytics applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and system configurations.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Proficiency in React and building responsive web applications.
Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Elasticsearch and its integration into applications.
Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and code reviews.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
