Core skills :
- Strong basics in digital marketing: SEO, performance marketing (Google/Meta ads), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools for content generation, ad optimization, customer segmentation, and marketing automation (e.g., AI copy tools, AI ad tools, chatbots).
- Comfort with data: reading dashboards, understanding metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV), and making decisions from numbers.
- Good copywriting, creativity, communication skills, and habit of testing and experimentation.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google/Facebook/Instagram Ads, email, WhatsApp, content marketing) using AI for better targeting and bid/creative optimization.
- Use AI tools for customer segmentation, predictive analytics (who is likely to buy, churn, or click), and personalized messages across channels.
- Create and optimize content (ad copies, social posts, emails, basic creatives) using generative AI while keeping brand voice and quality.
- Set up and manage marketing automation flows for lead nurturing, remarketing, and drip campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, ad managers, CRM reports) and AI insights to improve ROI.
- Run A/B tests and AI‑driven experiments on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversion rate, and cost per lead.
- Stay updated on new AI marketing tools and trends and recommend how to apply them to the company’s strategy.
