Job Title- Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities-
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and strategically allocate a minimum monthly budget of ₹5L to achieve ROI and CPA goals.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor campaigns to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage remarketing, lookalike, and funnel-based targeting strategies.
- Ensure alignment between paid media campaigns and overall brand objectives.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and paid media.
- Proven experience in handling ad budgets of ₹5L+ per month.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with tools
