Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to help us build and scale our marketing engine for a SaaS product. If you are a data-driven marketer who loves SEO, automation, content, and growth experiments — you will fit right in. You will be responsible for setting up our full marketing stack including content management, SEO, CRM, analytics, funnels, email automation, and social media. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-pace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and publish blog content

- Perform keyword research and execute on-page SEO best practices.

- Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website structure for SEO.

- Manage CRM and maintain lead data.

- Create and optimize lead capture forms (trial, demo, newsletter).

- Build automated email workflows for onboarding and upgrades.

- Track user behavior using GA4, GTM, and Hotjar.

- Set up and monitor events, funnels, and conversion tracking.

- Create weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

- Manage social media posting and content scheduling.

- Repurpose blog articles into social media content.

- Run and monitor small-budget Google / LinkedIn ads (optional).

- Perform A/B tests and optimize landing pages for conversions.

- Implement automation using Zapier or built-in integrations.

- Collaborate with team to improve user activation and sign-up flow.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing (SaaS preferred).

- Strong understanding of SEO, content, tracking, and growth funnels.

- Very good Copywriting and content writing.

- Experience with CMS

- Experience with A/B testing tools.

- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and Hotjar.

- Experience using CRM and email marketing tools.

- Strong communication, presentation and reporting skills.

- Self-starter who can work independently and deliver results.

NOTE: Salary is negotiable and a handsome amount will be paid based on your experience and skill set.

NOTE: Fresh candidates with good relevant marketing and communication skills can also apply for Intern / Associate position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
