Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Location: Chennai, India
Shift Timing: 4 PM – 1.00 AM IST
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to B2B enterprise clients, driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
· Digital Marketing Expertise: Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to create a robust online presence and attract high-quality leads.
· SaaS Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for SaaS products, focusing on driving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. Ensure effective positioning and messaging of SaaS offerings to engage potential B2B clients, optimizing the sales funnel and user experience.
· Webinars, Events & Conferences: Plan, organize, and execute impactful webinars, events, and conferences to showcase expertise, engage target audiences, and generate qualified leads.
· Lead Generation & Nurturing: Drive lead sourcing through organic and paid campaigns, leveraging multi-channel strategies to attract, qualify, and nurture potential clients throughout the sales funnel.
· Client Focus Across Sectors: Leverage the deep understanding of Generative AI applications to address sector-specific challenges and opportunities across various industries, ensuring that marketing strategies are tailored to meet the unique needs of clients in each sector.
· Healthcare Client-Specific Use Cases: Apply specialized knowledge of Generative AI solutions to the healthcare sector, addressing unique industry challenges such as improving patient outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with regulations, while developing tailored use cases that align with the specific needs of healthcare clients.
· Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies, optimize ROI, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
· Product Marketing Leadership: Collaborate closely with the product team to devise and execute go-to-market strategies facilitating successful market adoption and penetration.
· Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with target personas ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms and interactions.
· Client Engagement and Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through strategic outreach and targeted pitches. Organize and lead meetings to understand client needs, positioning solutions effectively, and aligning marketing efforts with their expectations and business goals before the presales process begins.
· Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to forecast demand generation activities and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
· Marketing Technology and Automation: Utilize industry-standard tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, Twilio, and Google Analytics to execute and monitor email and SMS campaigns, manage customer journeys, automate workflows, and generate performance insights for continuous optimization.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
· Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools.
· Demonstrated success in planning and executing webinars, events, and conferences.
· Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, including organic and paid campaigns.
· Experience in managing AI-driven marketing initiatives and tools.
· Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in analyzing and interpreting marketing metrics.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
· Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
