KRA for Senior Digital Marketing Specialist1. Strategy Development & Execution

  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing channels.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing strategy with client goals and brand objectives.

2. SEO Management

  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical fixes to enhance website performance.

3. Paid Marketing (PPC/Meta Ads/Google Ads)

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, cost-per-lead, and conversion performance.

4. Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and manage social media calendars and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Track engagement metrics and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

5. Content Planning & Supervision

  • Collaborate with content teams to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized blogs, ads, and creatives.
  • Ensure messaging consistency and effective use of digital assets.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs such as leads, CTR, CPL, ROAS, engagement rate, and organic growth.
  • Create monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.

7. Team Management & Coordination

  • Supervise and mentor junior digital marketing executives and interns.
  • Coordinate with design, development, and content teams for smooth campaign execution.

8. Client Communication & Retention

  • Handle client communication, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and achievement of client marketing goals.

9. Market & Competitor Research

  • Analyze market trends, emerging tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to improve performance and visibility.

10. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation using tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, or Zapier.
  • Standardize reporting and tracking systems for improved efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,267.05 - ₹28,000.00 per month
