Grain Group is seeking a Senior Digital Media Account Strategist to support the day-to-day operations of accounts within our Amazon & Ecom verticals, to work with integrated teams, build strong paid media plans, and present to senior clients. The Senior Strategist will work closely with Account Leads to drive holistic planning across Grain's portfolio of clients across Media (Programmatic, SEM, Social, Shopper/E-com), CRM, Ecommerce Operations (Storefront Management, CRO, SEO), Analytics/Business Intelligence, and Performance-Driven Creative. This role includes developing and managing effective delivery of media and ecommerce strategies based on known client’s business objectives, project management and managing client expectations and communication throughout the duration of the engagement.

Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives
  • Support day-to-day account operations, closely managing project plans, launch plans, and delivery timelines to ensure integrated teams are delivering on schedule and to specification
  • Support the Account Lead in architecting clear media and ecommerce strategies, testing plans, and reports that deliver on client objectives and prove out results
  • Track client budgets and ensure they are being spent effectively and as scheduled
  • Analyze performance data and site analytics to develop insights for use in quarterly and annual business reviews

Team Management

  • Lead team to achieve targeted performance KPIs and provide assistance including optimizations and campaign troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Media Buying Leads, Ecommerce & Amazon Operations, CRM, Creative/Studio, Business Intelligence/Analytics) to develop fully integrated campaigns
  • Collaborate with client teams and agency partners to ensure client goals are met
  • Bring a positive attitude, determination and supportive energy to help build team environment

Practice Innovation

  • Think creatively and develop innovative tactics and offerings to advance the practice
  • Actively contribute to corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes, and roll-outs
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices and discuss potential impact with team on client work
  • Assist in developing POVs, best practices and process documents
  • Maintain positive relationships with core media platform partners, understand platform capabilities, and requirements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant Digital Media, Paid Search, Ecommerce, Social experience, or related media planning experience required, with focus on client management
  • Fortune 100 client facing strategic experience preferred
  • Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork
  • Experience with third party ad-serving and media optimization & reporting tools: DoubleClick CM360, Datorama, etc
  • Exhibit passion through appropriate participation in team, agency, and industry initiatives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Suite Products
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
