Sr. Director – Capital Markets

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and execute capital market transactions, focusing on land disposition and monetization in Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end deal execution and building relationships with developers, financial institutions, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Source and close land disposition transactions across Mumbai.

Manage the complete transaction process with support from the Capital Markets team.

Work on land monetization and capital-raising structures for developers.

Secure mandates for land disposition and capital raising.

Maintain and expand databases of land, developers, and financial institutions.

Achieve individual revenue targets consistently.

Requirements

Education: MBA, CA, or CFA from a reputed institute.

Experience: 8–15 years in capital markets, real estate transactions, or investment advisory.

Client relationship management & business acumen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,200,000.00 per year
