We are seeking a Sr. Director of M&A Integration. The position is responsible for leading the Integration Management team and driving continuous improvement of Wealth Enhancement’s M&A capability.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 to $215,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
Team Management & Standards
  • Responsible for assigning resources to acquisitions and managing team capacity
  • Serve as an escalation point for Integration Managers and ensure acquisition related issues are being addressed in a timely manner
  • Train and coach new and existing Integration Managers
  • Develop team standards and documentation
Relationship Management & Communication
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners as well as the leadership team
  • Solicit feedback from internal departments on M&A to ensure WEG has the right people, processes & technology in place to support objectives
  • Communicate updates to systems and processes to internal and external partners.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities and drive initiatives to improve WEG Integration processes
  • Collaborate with WEG departments engaged in M&A to refine existing project plans and establish new procedures where appropriate
  • Drive adoption of DealRoom (M&A Software) and M&A related processes
  • Ensure retrospectives are completed after each acquisition and feedback is communicated to key partners
Leadership
  • Influence strategy for M&A Integration Management and drive successful execution
  • Manage team to effectively meet functional objectives
  • Monitor trends in M&A; recommend and implement best practices
  • Manage departmental spending to budget
  • Partner with management and Human Resources to hire talent and work through performance management concerns; makes hire and discipline decisions
Travel Requirement: 10%
Education | Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business; finance, economics, management or related
  • 10+ years of project management and/or relationship management experience
  • 10+ years office experience, preferably within Financial Services or Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Detail oriented; ability to prioritize workflow and projects; able to work with deadlines and be flexible
  • Strong written documentation, version management and organization skills
  • Relationship and change management exposure, ability to have professional interactions in stressful situations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel, Visio, and PM tool exposure
  • Ability to work as a Team Member; positive solution-focused attitude
