  • Proven experience leading enterprise software teams delivering customer‑deployed, on‑prem, or hybrid solutions.
  • Demonstrated success re‑tooling engineering organizations, including:
    • Improving code quality and architectural discipline
    • Introducing structured release, branching, and testing practices
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software lifecycle challenges:
    • Patching, upgrades, long‑term support, and customer‑specific configurations
  • Strong engineering judgment — knows when to build it “right” vs. “right now.”
  • Excellent communication skills across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in healthcare technology, especially in large‑scale medication fulfillment and dispensing environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Generative AI coding solutions to streamline development workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance team productivity.
