Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to
join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ecommerce campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Walmart, with a strong
understanding of listing optimization, digital marketing strategies, and client
management. As the main point of contact for USA-based clients, the Client Success
Manager will ensure seamless communication, timely execution of campaigns, and
the optimization of client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for USA-based clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Ensure clients are fully satisfied with the services and results delivered.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

Oversee and manage e-commerce campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, and
other relevant platforms.

Optimize product listings, ads, keywords, and campaigns to drive sales and
performance.

Analyze campaign data and provide insights for improvement.

Communication & Reporting:

Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, performance, and
optimizations.

Translate complex data insights into easy-to-understand reports for clients.

Address client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth experience.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives
and deliverables.

Act as a bridge between clients and the internal operations/marketing team to
execute plans efficiently.

Targeted Outreach:

Identify and engage with agencies servicing USA clients in need of ecommerce management and optimization services.

Look for potential opportunities within Amazon's internal teams or related
roles to recruit skilled professionals.
Skills & Qualifications

10-12 years of experience in client success, digital marketing, or e-commerce,
ideally with a focus on Amazon, Walmart.

Proven experience in managing e-commerce campaigns, particularly in listing
optimization and advertising.

Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, KPIs, and ROI.

Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with USA-based
clients.

Fluency in English is a must; both written and verbal communication must be
strong.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset and a client-first attitude.

Experience working in an agency setting or with large e-commerce platforms
(Amazon, Walmart, etc.) is highly preferred.
