We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations for our IT services and digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, managing platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and optimizing performance across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across platforms (website, marketplaces, portals).
- Ensure smooth functioning of product/service listings, pricing, promotions, and content.
- Monitor order processing, customer journeys, and post-sales experience.
Platform & Technology Management
- Oversee e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom IT solutions.
- Coordinate with development teams for website enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes.
- Manage payment gateways, APIs, CRM, ERP, and third-party tools.
Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute e-commerce marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and performance marketing.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing teams on campaigns, offers, and lead generation.
- Optimize conversion rates (CRO) and customer acquisition funnels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROI, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor e-commerce executives, content teams, and coordinators.
- Collaborate with sales, tech, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and marketplace account managers.
Compliance & Optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and IT standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketplace policies.
- Continuously improve processes for scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferably in IT/services domain).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with CRM tools, CMS, ERP systems, and marketplace dashboards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
