Sr. Engineer _Engineering & Design

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2. 5-8 years of experience in static process equipment/process skid design & engineering.

3.Clear understanding of Pressure vessels/Process skids design principles & terminology.

4.Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards and regulations.

5.Exposure to ASME Section VIII Div.1, ASME B31.3, ENAPI standards, TEMA, ASTM etc.

6.Hands-on experience with 2D/3D modeling tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc.

7.Experience with design analysis software such as PV-Elite, Nozzle Pro, Ansys etc.

1. Designing Equipment such Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Compressors Packages, Piping Spool, Oil and Water consoles.

2. Reviewing codes, standards, and customer specifications.

3. Reviewing drawings and design calculations.

4. Preparation of design inputs, bought-out items & paint data sheet.

5. Validating various design software.

6. Communication with customers for approval of engineering documents.

7. Preparation and updating of Engineering log sheet/ CRS (comment resolution sheet).

8. Reviewing customer comments and resubmission of documents on time. Studying the impact of customer comments.

9. Logging DCR (Design Change Record) for any changes in input documents/comments received from customers/suppliers.
